At Diamond Striping, our Chip Seal Installation Service is a multi-step process that combines layers of asphalt with aggregate to create a durable and textured surface. First, we apply a layer of hot asphalt emulsion to the existing pavement. Immediately following, we spread a single layer of aggregate chips over the emulsion. The chips are then compacted into the binder to ensure adherence and excess stones are swept away.
